Would you like better Balance?

In this article I reflect on what I've learnt on the two meditation retreats I've attended this summer. Also my current learning of nutritious movement which will influence my teaching this term as will my week with Peter Blackaby.

Not many people want to increase their stress levels but if you push yourself too much in a yoga lesson then you are practising being stressed and reducing your breathing. It's not natural any more, you're practising inhibiting it.
